Driving Directions​: (future in-person events)
The Homer L. Hitt Alumni & Visitors Center is located on the outskirts of the University of New Orleans' Lakefront campus, closer to the Lake Ponchartrain. It is connected to the historic smokestack. To arrive at the Alumni Center, drive north on Elysian Fields towards the Lake Ponchartrain until you reach UNO's campus. Turn left onto Alumni Drive. Continue down Alumni Drive and turn right on Milneburg Road. Continue down Milneburg Road curving left onto Levee Road. You will see the historic smokestack on your left. If you are driving on Lakeshore Drive heading east, turn right into the new lakefront entrance. The Homer L. Hitt Alumni and Visitor Center will be on your left.
Parking: A free parking lot is available to the West of the Homer L. Hitt Alumni and Visitor Center.

From: French Quarter
Take Decatur St. East past Jackson Square. Stay to the right when the street turns into N. Peters St.
Remain on N. Peters until you get to Elysian Fields Ave, about 4 blocks.
Turn left onto Elysian Fields Ave.
Follow Elysian Fields North until you see University of New Orleans main campus. (approximately 3.5 miles)
Turn left on Alumni Drive.
Continue down Alumni Drive and turn right on Milneburg Road.
Continue down Milneburg Road curving left onto Levee Road.
Park in the lot to the West of the building.

As you approach the New Orleans downtown area, stay to the left and stay on I-610 New Orleans – Slidell. Exit # 230
From: Slidell
Take I-10 West to New Orleans
